Nothing Special

Idealism and realism are two very different things, but if we had one without the other, then our lives would be terrible.  If we had realism without a speck of idealism, life would be so boring.  No one would take chances or be creative.  They would have thought, “I can’t do this, it is so unrealistic.  However, if we had idealism without realism, then the world would become chaotic.  If everyone thought that they could do whatever they wanted and nothing would stop them, then nothing would get done.  People would be attempting things that are never going to work.  Some people might get lucky, but most will just fail.  So, we need both idealism and realism to have a good life.

My favorite thing to do is play tennis.  I’ve only been playing for a year but I am already one of the best players in my school district.  I have played in some tournaments and done fairly well in them.  I beat most of the people I play.  I really wnat to play this kid at my school who was better than me last year, but I think I can beat him now.

I visited 5 international blogs.  2 of them told of the kids rollercoaster projects that they did.  Why can’t we do a rollercoaster project?  It would probably be really fun.  Also I learned that Scotland also had a white Christmas.  I wonder if it is always white or if they’re like us and hardly ever get snow.

I don’t care if the comments people leave on my blog are good or bad.  I would just like them to contain no cuss words of any kind.  Also, don’t use the actual names of people you know.  Just say “my friend” or something like that.
